Eliza Peck is the seventh official member of the Grieving Souls. She's the only desert Spirit Noble with a different culture among their party.

She has a human counterpart named Elise Peck.

Appearance[]

She has a hazy long hair and emotionless eyes.

She is taller than Liz, and has a bigger chest among her party members, second to Sitri.

Despite her young appearance, she is older than she looks.

Personality[]

She is described to be emotionless, apathetic and alway drowsy-looking girl. She is sometimes lazily sleep in a comfort area. She is geniune and cautious party member when it comes to her job as a scout. Just like her alias, she always wandering anywhere because all dessert spirit naturally traveling around the world. Eliza is smart, crude, and quick-witted, she is natural hunter and not very materialistic. She always visit unexplored treasure hall and area, and show little interest in noble phantasm.

Background[]

When Eliza was wondering and starving on a desert she met the Grieving Souls.

Because Krai wanted to stop adventuring and focus on the Clan Management, he got a bright idea to invite her to join the Grievers as his substitute. She accepted his request on the condition that they won't restrict her freedom to move.

Later on, she finally signed up in the party, but she added in their agreement that all of the collected relics shall be examined by Krai, and the collected money from the sold items should be transferred into her personal bank account directly.

Ability[]

She boasts high abilities in all aspects, including combat ability, skill as a thief, and quick thinking, but above all, she excels in survival ability.

Knowledge: Based on Krai's perspective, she has a deep understanding related to relics. She has higher sense of danger in Strange grief

Thief Skill: She has a wide and high experience in terms of detecting the danger and reacts sensitively to malicious intentions, but on the other hand, she does not show strong reactions to people who have no malicious intentions. Her pathfinding skills is incredible than Liz Smart possess.

Trivia[]

  • True to her Alias, her first appearance is posted in the Spin-off chapters rather than the main series itself.
  • Eliza is the only member of the party that doesn't possess a mask: a symbol of their party- the 'laughing bonehead'.
  • She introduces Krai to her excellency as human with wide knowledge or also called as 'wiseman'. Her justification might come from the supported, based, and verified documents (also her observation) of his outstanding performance to solve the cases related to every incidents of the past. (e.g. The case of the Prophecy and Revival of their Savior- The Ancient Royal Highest of Spirit People during the war between Humans and Spirit People).
  • She is the oldest party member of Grieving Souls. Her age remains a 'mystery'.
  • In special story volume 8: Eliza rarely visits Krai because they don't timely coincide with each other, and she somehow believes that Krai is a living humanoid phantom, so time is not an issue.
  • Eliza recognizes Krai's intuition is garbage, but nevertheless, she relies on his other distinctive skills to watch after her.
